Dry Day
Iron Age Warrior Training – learn to use a spear, sword and throw javelin just as the Iron Age people would have done 2000 years ago. All weapons used are made of wood and hit targets, at no point will children be “fighting” each other, in a controlled group activity.
Wet Day
Design and decorate your own Iron Age shield to keep. I will provide a cardboard shield for each paying child and the patterns needed to decorate them. Ham Hill would need to provide colouring pens or pencils/sharpener, prit sticks and child safe scissors.
Times of sessions
1000 to 1130, 1200 to 1330, 1400 to 1530.
