Courtfield Farm, Somerset

Come and enjoy a stay on our farm in the Somerset countryside. 

Our thatched roundhouse is in clearing in a 3-acre woodland and it's a beautiful, peaceful spot to relax. Our grain store yurt is on the other edge of the woods, overlooking our traditional hay meadow. You will be off grid and close to nature, with a campfire, woodland kitchen, solar power, warm outdoor shower and compost toilet. A lovely breakfast is provided.

During your stay you will have exclusive use of either the thatched roundhouse or grain store yurt, which have both been handcrafted by Tom. Each space has its own woodland kitchen, campfire, picnic area and compost toilet.

You are very welcome to walk around the 3 acres of woodland and our fields, including the new wildflower meadow with wildlife ponds. 
You will need to bring your supper, unless you're eating out, but all crockery, utensils and firewood are provided. We even supply you with marshmallows to enjoy toasting over the campfire. 

Breakfast is included. Your breakfast hamper and fridge will contain lovely things such as homemade bread, a choice of cereals and local apple juice.
