Somerset Science - Kaleidacraft

A cross-curricular day mixing aspects of art and science to create a fun personal project.

You will learn about paper types, different paint mediums and contrasting colours, followed by some creative application techniques. Using this information, you'll be able to create your own colourful Kaleidacraft design.

Once this part of the project is completed, the second half of the day introduces Sir Isaac Newton and by adding science to your Kaleidacraft, it can be used to demonstrate the forces of action and reaction.

But what exactly is a "Kaleidacraft"?  You will have to come along and find out on the day!

Ages 7 - 11 years. Cost £20 per child
