Barmy bats

Join the rangers on a summer's evening to discover which nocturnal animals live at Ham Hill. Can you see a bat? Can you hear an owl? If you are really lucky you may even get to see a glow worm!

We will start by telling stories and toasting marshmallows around a campfire before we go out on a short walk, as the sun starts to set, to see what nocturnal wildlife we can see.

This event is aimed at families with children aged 4-10 years old. Please bring a torch if you have one. Unfortunately this event is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at this event.

We will meet at the Rangers Centre on Ham Hill (TA14 6RW). Book early to avoid disappointment.

Please note that this event is weather dependent and if it is raining heavily we will have to postpone & set a new date for the event. We will contact you in advance if this is the case.
